Monasteries and Churches.
Mallorca /  Majorca enjoys a rich heritage of Churches and Monasteries. Many are located in hilltop locations with panoramic views. Many provide accommodation from simple to 3* hotel standards and are used by walking groups traversing the Serra de Montana mountain range which extends from SW Mallorca to NE Mallorca. The Serra de Tramontana rises to some 3,000 mts (5,500 ft).
