SANLORENZO Spa

The Italian Sanlorenzo shipyard is dedicated to the production of tailor-made motoryachts. For over 50 years, since 1958, Sanlorenzo’s building philosophy has always been to privide clients unbeatable quality motor yachts designed to each individual clients specific requirements. Thus no two  Sanlorenzo motor yachts are identical.

Today Sanlorenzo, is ranked 6th shipyard in the world ranking of the Top Builders (Global Build Report 2008).

Sanlorenzo is based on two shipyards: the Ameglia Division, for the production of GRP planing motoryachts ranging between 62 and 108 feet, and the new Viareggio Division, for the production of navettas in composite material with semi-displacement hull up (92 and 122 feet)  and superyachts in aluminium (40 alloy) and in steel-aluminium (44 mtrs).

SANLORENZO Hamburg

In December 2008 Sanlorenzo Baleari opened another office in Germany - Hamburg - under the management of Kurt Lehmann with his team Susan Jeunette-Nähring (Management Assistant) and Jürgen Wessels (Sales Manager) to focus on the Scandinavian market - Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland with the aim of establishing a fleet of Sanlorenzo Yachts in the North Sea and Baltic Sea. Thus Sanlorenzo-owners in Northern Europe including the Netherlands and Great Britain will have a representative office close to them. The presentation yachts of SL82 and Bluegame ’47 can be seen in Neustadt.

Sanlorenzo are exhibiting 5 motoryachts at Palma 2009:-

The SL72 (22 m) with a completely new interior layout, the SL82 (24 m),  the SL88 (27 m), the SD92 (27,6 m) and the 40 Alloy (38,5 m).

Sanlorenzo SL72

The SL72 is a model that represents a great classic for the shipyard. It is a 22m motor yacht, designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests plus two crew members.

The completely new interior concept brings about a bigger space in the salon. Due to the arrangement of the sofas and the placement of the TV with lift in the separating cupboard between the salon and the dinette, the view out to the sea or (if moored) to the quay is unlimited. Perfectly thought through and using the ideal mixture of different high quality materials, for which Sanlorenzo is known about, the interiors gain a lot more space. And so the result of the combination of Zebrano wood with white surfaces and white lacquered glass on the cupboard elements allow a feel of bigger space; the new leather floors in the dinette and pilothouse give the yacht a noble touch of style and design. True to Sanlorenzo standards, only the finest and highest quality textiles and leathers have been used, the entire yacht is furnished in Minotti Design and is a project of the designer Stefanie Haupt.

The galley has been newly planned with an electrical wall to the dinette area for better service and socializing. The pilothouse has been re-arranged for a more comfortable and practical handling of the navigational instruments.

Leaving the upper deck and descending to the lower deck makes it immediately evident that the cabin lay-out is also a brand new concept. The master cabin is clearly more spacious and has a full beam bathroom. Again, only the most exclusive materials have been used, like the Pietra Luna stone, which gives the owner’s bathroom exceptional outlines. Due to an electrically operated panel and a clear glass wall the master bathroom and the master cabin can be connected. This new style continues also on the outside decks. The newly planned aft deck allows for a better view upon the sea and the flybridge is provided with variable elements and spaciously integrated sun beds.

Three engine versions are offered on the SL72: MAN V12 - 1360, MAN V12 - 1550 or 2 MTU 10V2000M93 developing 1390 HP and 1520 HP respectively. The expected speed is 31 knots.

Sanlorenzo SL82

The SL82, with its 24 metres of length, is in the middle of the range and summerize all the Sanlorenzo characteristics. The SL82 is a motor-yacht of important size that allows to cruise long distances but also, not being too difficult to manage, for daily or weekend cruising.

The outer layout of the SL82 follows the shipyard style and is the perfect wrapping for comfortable and rational interiors. Because the shipyard offers total customization as far as décor, the basic scheme indication is to be considerate as only a guideline: on the main deck is located the living area, the dining area, and the galley, from which you directly access the pilot house. On the lower deck is located an especially large master cabin which has been placed at the centre of the boat. There are also 1 Vip cabin and two twin bed cabins, all of them with private bathrooms. The entire yacht is furnished in Minotti Design and is a project of the designer Stefanie Haupt.

Also the aft deck has been modified. Thanks to a jetski platform there is more space on the flybridge. The flybridge is completely furnished by Paula Lenti. The SL82 comes with two Caterpillar C32 engines which allow a maximum speed of about 31 knots.

Sanlorenzo SL88

In the restyling operation of the entire fleet of Sanlorenzo, the SL88 model, a 27 metres motoryacht has been accurately renewed in some of the styling details together with updated technological systems. The final result is of great impact. The external layout of the SL88 is characterised by classic lines, with a compact but sharp profile interrupted by large windows which externally lighten the profile as well as allowing plenty of light into the main deck rooms.

Internally the space has been distributed to optimize the living areas: rigid lines have been softened by some “rounding” details and a lot of care has been put into the use of light and the manufacturing of the wooden walls and furniture. Thanks to a great use of space and to a highly professional planning, the SL88 appears even bigger. The exhibited SL88 is completely equipped by FENDI by the concept of designer Stephanie Haupt from Munich.

As well as the interior design and styling solutions, SL shipyard emphasises the combination of comfort and performances of the SL88, which comes with 2 Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines à 1415 kw which allow a 28 knot top speed or 2 MTU 16V 2000 M92 engines à 1630 kw which allow a top speed of 30 knots.

Sanlorenzo SD92

The SD92 – a 27,60 meter yacht – is the first model in a range of semi-displacement hulls produced by Viareggio Division of Sanlorenzo. The SD92 was born of the intention to create a new vessel, combining charming lines with the possibility to experience sea life without limits, going 2.000 nautical miles on a tankful. This yacht brings together innovative solutions and classical elements. That includes the selection of the hull colour - a creamy hue, that goes perfectly well with the mahagony of the washboard and the teak floor of the deck. The yacht is equipped with 4 cabins, all of them with private bathrooms and crew cabins.

The aft deck offers a big lounge area. In the interior of the yacht you find wenge wood mixed with sanded pine to achieve bright optics. On the maindeck there is located a big salon with dinette, the galley – in wenge and granite – a small office and the mastersuite with a large bathroom and steam sauna. In the lower deck there are 2 guest cabins – both with expandable tables and integrated playstations. The floors are covered with light carpets, the ceilings are of white colour. The flybridge is equipped with a large dining table and a lounge area. In the bow there is also integrated a lounge that can be changed to a lying area.

As for the engines, the SD92 achieves a continuous speed of 17 knots by means of the MAN Diesel à 809 kW.

Sanlorenzo 40 Alloy

The prestigous and award winning Super Yacht 40 Alloy (“Show Boats International Awards 2008 – Best New Series under 40 Meters“) combines cutting edge technology on the bridge, state of the art communication and entertainment systems with stunning Italian interior design. This outstanding creation with a length of 38,50 Meters includes spectacular features such as the hydraulically operated terraces in the owner’s cabin, gym and main saloon. The beautiful nut wood interior is complemented by a palette of vivid colours resulting in a truly contemporary and stylish living area. A bespoke LED lighting system is discreetly integrated into walls and furniture throughout, creating an ambiance of brightness and warmth. The 40 Alloy is a yacht of meticulous quality and will meet the highest demands of any owner with its maximum speed of 27 knots, its exceptional on-board technologies and its chic Italian design.

Bluegame

A new milestone in the Sanlorenzo fleet is the take-over of the brand "Bluegame". Bluegame is synonymous with complete individualism: clients can chose from over 2500 different combinations to build their Bluegame. There are 8 versions (Open, T-Top, Tender, Hard-Top, Fisherman, Lobster, Caddy...), 5 different interior layouts and many colours for hull, decks and roof. Currently two models are available - the Bluegame 47’ that is on display at the Palma International Boat Show 2009 and the Bluegame 57’. These models are linked by innovation, individual design with highest quality, safety and top speed.
